Kids have more free time because we don’t have jobs and we have more vacation. With more free time I can hang out with friends and play football. Then during the summer I can sleep in while my parents go to work. While my parents do paper work I can play Madden 07 on my game cube. Those are my reasons why kids have more free time than adults. My second reason why I like being a kid is because kids have fewer responsibilities. When adults get paid, they have to pay bills. When kids get money, they either save it or they spend it on cool stuff like video games. Another responsibility an adult has is to go grocery shopping. I don’t like grocery shopping because of the wait in the long lines. If you have ever been to Wal-Mart on a Saturday afternoon then you know what I mean. Fewer responsibilities are a plus for being a kid. Even though many kids wish they were adults, I like being a kid. I have more free time and fewer responsibilities than adults. Kid Next Door |
